On the thirteenth day of the voyage, Captain Clipper's ship ran aground. When Roger enters the deck of the ship, Clipper and the monkey, exhausted by hunger, do not fight against the invader. Their resistance is purely passive. Roger feeds them with rusks, robbing the entire load.
