Adaś Miauczyński (M. Koterski), an adult man in a mental crisis, goes to a psychotherapist's office. It turns out that he is unable to recognize and experience the 7 feelings mentioned in the title: fear, sadness, anger, loneliness, shame, guilt, and joy. His memories return to his family home, primary school and traumatic events: drowning a dog, being rejected by a girl, a suicide attempt.
