A documentary picture of Powisle – a district of Warsaw where time has stopped. One of a few documentaries realized by Kazimierz Karabasz from the ‘blacks series’ of Polish documentaries. It includes a commentary typical of documentaries from the fifties. Its main features are detailed observation and lyricism.
