In the summer of 1950, preparations for the harvest campaign are underway in Grodków. It will be the first yield of the “Czujność” Cooperative — a test of collaboration and efficiency. Mechanics from the Agricultural Machinery Center support the tractor drivers, the farmers’ children are placed under community care; carts and horses become part of the shared inventory.
