Jozef Grebski’s film is a documentary reconstruction of the crime that took place in Starobielsk and Kharkiv in 1940. Polish officers imprisoned there were killed by NKVD officers. Statements of historians and prosecutors were joined together with testimonies of former central and regional department chiefs of the NKVD.
