The 19th of June 1994 – the day of local elections. Cameramen of the Polish Film Chronicle claim that elections are a ‘moving collective photography of the society’. Reporters came to three communes – Dmosin, Radziejowice and Tuszyn. Each commune has a different character and faces different problems, but people think about the elections in the same way – they don’t trust the local authorities.
