The Sejm: the turn of 1992 – 1993 was marked by a dispute over the Act on family planning, protection of the human fetus and conditions for permitting termination of pregnancy. On the 7th of January 1993, the final vote takes place. The abortion compromise, valid until 2020, is supported by 213 MPs, 171 voted against it.
