The ambulance service in Warsaw went on a strike on 12 February. For 3 days, no ambulances moved around the city. At the Okęcie airport in Warsaw, construction of the passenger terminal is nearing completion. The pawn loan structure has changed. The municipal guard service was established in Ząbki near Warsaw in October of 1991.
