Eugeniusz Kwiatkowski planned the construction of the Central Industrial District. Roads were built at the same time as the factories and a railway connection plan was drawn up. Construction works gave us the power plant in Rożnów, a tyre factory in Dębica, as well as a cellulose factory in Niedomice. The Southern Works were built in 18 months.
