A party-state delegation from Poland arrived in Moscow on 9 November 1976. The guests from Poland were greeted by party and state officials of the Soviet Union. Plenary talks in the Kremlin. Delegations are led by Edward Gierek and Leonid Brezhnev. The Polish delegation is to visit Almaty, Minsk and Lenino.
