The Congress of Polish Youth has begun - among those present are delegates of the youngest generation. Among participants are delegates of the newly established Association of Socialist Youth of Poland. A special guest - the Chief Secretary of the Central Committee of the Polish United Workers’ Party, Edward Gierek - has given a speech.
