20 years have passed since the Zgorzelec Treaty has been signed. The treaty was created to guarantee the Polish-German border on the Oder and Neisse. On this occasion, ceremonies are held in Zgorzelec. Among the guests are the prime ministers of Poland and the GDR. Wladyslaw Kasprzak – one out of six Warsaw lighthouse keepers.
