Poland is situated on the Vistula River. A cameraman of the Chronicle begins the story from the Czarna and the Biala Wiselka rivers, the sources of the Vistula. Then, he quickly presents the Vistula for holidaymakers and the reservoir in Goczalkowice. We visit Oswiecim and the local chemical plants, then we go to Skawina, a town with a glassworks and a power plant. The next stop is Cracow or rather Nowa Huta. Then we go through a great construction site.
