The gold and arsenic mine in Zloty Stok (nowadays it is a museum) has been shut down. Stoczek Lukowski, a place which is famous because of the November Uprising, is constantly developing thanks to local government officials. The Amateur Theatre Group from Szalowa was awarded by the Minister of Culture.
