The leader of Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh, visits Poland. He will take part in the 13th anniversary of the proclamation of the Manifesto of the Polish Committee of National Liberation. The most important celebrations take place in Poznan, a lot of politicians could be seen in the stands. However, it wasn’t possible to spot them in the stands one year ago. A military parade is enthusiastically welcomed by the crowd in spite of the rain.
