One day before the Day of Poland’s Rebirth the Palace of Culture and Science is brought into use. The crowd gathered in Stalin’s Square desperately want to enter the building. There are 2300 rooms in the Palace, including the Congress Hall. On the next day, Boleslaw Bierut makes a speech in front of the Palace. In the afternoon, the 10th Anniversary Stadium is opened.
