Warsaw, the third day of the Unity Congress, uniting the Polish Workers' Party (PWP) and the Polish Socialist Party (PSP) into the Polish United Workers' Party (PUWP). The Minister of Industry and Trade, Hilary Minc, presents the principles of the upcoming Six-Year Plan, intended to lead Poland toward socialism. On the same day, the buildings of the Ministry of Industry and Trade are inaugurated at Three Crosses Square.
