During the Sea Celebration the president decorates the Westerplatte soldiers who have survived the war. General Aleksander Zawadzki organizes a reunion of veterans of the Silesian Uprisings. The event takes place at the foot of St. Ann’s Mountain in order to underline the fact that Silesia becomes a Polish territory again. Opole and cities of Lower Silesia are waiting for new inhabitants.
