At the turn of June 1945 the Sea Celebration is connected with the revival of the Navy. Meanwhile, the Regained Territories are still waiting for Polish inhabitants. Two million people are needed in order to settle those areas. Two million people are needed to polonize cities like Olsztyn and other post-German regions.
