A film made by Stanisław Lenartowicz, whose artistic flair remained unnoticed for a long time and who, today, is justly considered the “master of ambience” and one of the greatest filmmakers in the Polish cinematography. The screenplay was written by the acclaimed writer Andrzej Szczypiorski. Superb performance of Barbara Wrzesińska accompanied by Stanisław Mikulski, an actor who became very popular by playing Hans Kloss in the iconic TV series „Stawka większa niż życie” and who is still popular among new viewers’ generations.
