The campaign to collect signatures for the Stockholm Appeal is drawing to a close; just as actively as in Poland, it also took place in Romania, Hungary, Czechoslovakia, and East Germany. National councils elect their presidiums; during the session of the Warsaw National Council, deputy Jerzy Albrecht became chairman.
